“ Painted faces and long hair”
Character: Simon
The troubles I'm having adjusting to are non. I'm actually more “in tune” with the environment.
I feel the littluns could be useful if commanded right and given the right incentives. They pick fruit, go to the bathroom anywhere, play with each other, build sand castles, and cry.
We paint our faces because it's like were wearing war paint. Most find it quiet enjoyable. I find it pointless.
The passing ship doesn't see us because our signal fire was out, rendering our presence on the island unknown to the ship.
The fire went out because the hunters were not at their post, and not feeding the fire.
I think the current mood is too lose and out of control. No sense of responsibility.
