Perspective of Judge Taylor
Chapters 25-27

That Bob Ewell doesn’t deserve to live in the state of Alabama. He interrupted me when I was most captivated in the writings of Bob Taylor. I was right in the climax too when I heard that pestering sound of screen being sliced. First I thought it was my dog, but I realized she wasn’t even in the room, I was curious enough to investigate what the problem was, and when I came to the back of the house, I saw my screen door swinging open, and the shadow of Bob Ewell running off.
That Bob Ewell is terrorizing everyone in Maycomb who was involved at all with that court case. He is a despicable man. He’s stalked poor Helen Robinson, he spat in Atticus’s face, what more could he do to this town. I reckon he didn’t like the verdict. The verdict said, we will convict this man, but your not getting any money, or anything out of it. He’s a disgrace to the town of Maycomb, he is.
